Format: PNG file with & without watermark

Resolution: 300 dpi

Size: Canvas size starting from 1500 x 1500 pixel size

Background: Free one flat colored/gradient background, can request transparent file.

Revisions may only take place in the rough sketch phase when in regards to the pose, composition etc. You may later make revisions to the color on the color phase. More than 3 revisions will be charged extra.

Before submission, I will ask for one last review over the piece to make any necessary changes.

Completion time may vary from 1 week to 3 months depending on the commission type.

If you have a deadline in mind please inform me first. There will be rush fee depending on the deadline given.

Delays due to illness, emergencies, or high workload will be communicated promptly.

Feel free to ask me for progress but please don't rush me.

Outside VGen services, files will be sent via Email or Google Drive

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval

Order from VGen only do payments on VGen services.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

I will give you full refunds if I decided to cancel a commission order.

No refund/chargeback after the final artworks are delivered.

If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

For Paypal, If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

RUSH FEE: start from $25 USD / Rp 70.000

REVISION FEE: More than 3 revision will be charged $5 USD / Rp 10.000 for each new revision

MONETARY & COMMERCIAL FEE: Contact me first or order from VGen

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as:

Social media icons, banners, wallpapers

Printing for personal useProfile pictures (with credit)

Credit must be given to me (e.g., @YourHandle or website link).

You may not resell, modify, or redistribute the artwork in any form.

Social media monetization (e.g., YouTube thumbnails on monetized videos)

Small-scale Patreon rewards (e.g., behind-the-scenes content, wallpapers)

Personal branding (e.g., profile pictures, banners for content creators)

This license does not permit:Selling the artwork itself (e.g., prints, merchandise)

Using the artwork as a central part of a commercial product

Merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, stickers, posters)

Product packagingBook covers, album art, games, or marketing materials.

Any use where the artwork is sold or used to promote a for-profit product/service.

This license comes at an additional fee.

Please contact me for pricing details if you intend to purchase full commercial rights.

The right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials (with or without watermark).

The right to create prints or merchandise only if a commercial-exclusive license was not purchased by the client.

The right to reuse sketches or rejected drafts for future personal or commercial works.

Use the artwork for approved purposes as per the agreed usage license.

Request the artwork be withheld from public posting until a specific date (e.g., debut, reveal).

Claim authorship or create NFTs/AI training datasets from the artwork.

Alter or trace the artwork without permission.

Resell or redistribute the artwork for profit without a commercial license.

Use the artwork in hate speech, discriminatory, or harmful content.
